We have just been on a 16 day trip to Vietnam. We had an amazing holiday. Our accommodation was fantastic at each of our destinations and the transfers that we booked made life so easy getting to and from where we stayed. A couple of months ago we booked a trip to Fiji with Nicole Knapp. Best service ever! She went out of her way to make sure our much needed break was more than just another holiday. She put forward her thoughts which we took under consideration which resulted in one of the best holidays ever. Flights and transfers lined up perfectly. Accommodation was excellent. You must have a very good agent.
We have booked many holidays with Yan. We have always had great results with Yan making sure that all the details of the holiday are perfect. Yan found out very quickly what we like and expect while away from home on our travels and now we just phone or email and everything is organised down to the last detail.
While we were recently away I commented to the resort we were staying about the quality of the room and servicing, the Manager said it is something done when requested “you must have a very good agent”.
